All new stairlifts installed by us come with a 24 month warranty. Our reconditioned stairlifts come with a 12 month warranty. All work is carried out in normal office hours. Replacement parts are charged at the appropriate rate, with the exception of gold warranty owners who receive free stairlift parts.

Brooks 130 Stairlift

The Brooks straight stairlifts are smooth, quiet and very reliable. There are also safety sensors around the footrest and the carriage to stop the lift automatically, should it encounter an obstruction when the lift is moving either up or down the stairs.

Operating the stairlift could not be easier using the two paddle controls. The Brooks Stairlift is battery operated, and running on a rack and pinion drive system it’s smooth, quiet and very clean. Benefiting from a self diagnostic system in the unlikely case of any breakdowns, it will display a fault code letting you know the status of the stairlift and when to call our engineers.

The Brooks stairlifts blend effortlessly into your home with a slim and ergonomic design, leaving you to enjoy the comfort of your home and giving you a fully independent lifestyle.

Brooks Curved Stairlift

First Step | Brooks Curved Stairlift | Leicestershire If you have a staircase with turns, intermediate landings, or limited space at the top or bottom, then the modular rail system of the brooks curved stairlift was designed with you in mind. Using this unique system enables the stairlift rail to be tailor-made to your staircase. It will follow the contours of your staircase, and be designed to blend in with your home and lifestyle.

This system also makes for fast delivery and installation times, in days rather than weeks. The Brooks curved stairlift has a soft stop and start facility that gives you a smooth and comfortable ride. It also parks at the top of the landing, safely out of the way and neatly folds up giving you easy access to all adjoining rooms. The internal re-chargeable battery pack ensures your stairlift is always available for use. Even in the event of a mains power failure. The swivel seat means that there is no need to twist awkwardly when getting out of the stairlift at the top of the stairs, and it also acts as a safety barrier.

Quality and safety are built into these stairlifts; a safety belt is fitted to all the stairlifts, so you feel safe and secure at all times. A simple digital display shows you the status of the lift, and safety sensors stop the lift in case of an obstruction.

 

Thyssen Flow 2 Stairlift

The Flow fits perfectly in your home and stands compact and ready to use. When not in use, the seat and arms fold away very easily, maximising the floor space at the top and bottom of the staircase. The Flow rail can be extended so you can park the lift around the corner. All of these features combine to make the flow a discreet addition to your home. The unique versatility of the Flow helps you get on and off the chair.

The Flow comes with a manual or automatic powered swivel seat option. Where the staircase width is a challenge, the flow has an advanced ride monitoring system, which enables the powered swivel feature to turn the chair and footrest while you are in motion allowing the chair to travel past the narrowest parts of the staircase.

The Flow uses a single rail system which can be fitted on either side of your staircase, designed to stay close to the edge of your staircase, maximizing free space. The Flow rail is only 8 cm in diameter and comes in four colours. The special drop-nose rail option is an added space saving feature.

Home Glide

By consulting ergonomics experts as well as existing stairlift owners, the Homeglide’s design is simple and sturdy. The Homeglide is fitted directly to your stairs, cleanly and quietly gliding you along an aluminium track. The homeglide is easily operated with a joystick; simply move the joystick left to right to move the lift up or down the stairs. The homeglide is powered by two long-life rechargeable batteries, which are recharged automatically when the lift is not being used. Remote controls can also be used to call or send the lift. The homeglide conforms to all the latest safety certification, so you can be assured of the highest quality levels.

Minivator 950

First Step | Brooks Curved Stairlift | Leicestershire The minivator simplicity is a straight stairlift for a straight flight of stairs, it comes with a manual or powered foot tray option and manually operated swivel seat to help you when you are getting off at the top of the stairs.

The simplicity comes with all the safety features you would expect with a stairlift of this quality which includes seat belt and safety edges on the foot tray and carriage to stop the lift then it encounters an obstruction on the stairs. The simplicity uses a full rail charging system allowing the stairlift to be parked anywhere on the rail when not in use. There is a maximum user weight of 22 stone and 19 stone for the hinged rail version. The upholstery in made in a neutral sand coloured fabric which is both wipe clean and fire retardant.

Home Adapt Elan

First Step | Brooks Curved Stairlift | Leicestershire The straight rail Home Adapt Elite stairlift is rated to a user weight capacity of 30 stone and has one of the most luxurious and comfortable seats available. When in operation the elite is quiet and smooth due to its soft start and stop feature and rack and pinion drive system.

Some of the features of the Elite stairlift are a retractable seat belt, and its onboard audio and visual diagnostic display telling you the status of the stairlift at all times. The Elite stairlift runs on two DC/12 volt batteries that are automatically charged when the lift is not being used
